Fanavaran Beton Iranian Co. (FABIR), having the knowledge about the position of customers in concrete industry, and aimed at assisting to increase efficiency and productivity, provides a series of its after-sales services to the buyers according to customers' needs, and within sales support services. After-sales services of FABIR include:
1- Providing customers with free services, directions and technical supports, even in the places where the products are used, is an advantage FABIR gives to its customers .
2- Guarantee of the quality of concrete products and admixtures, provided the buyer complies with the executive standards .
3- Accepting the return of concrete products and admixtures in case they do not match with the original sample forwarded within the first 10 days of customer's receipt of the consignment .
4- Providing electronic services:
Also in line with development of customer services and in order to decrease the time, facilitate better services and support to the customers, Fanavaran Beton Iranian (FABIR) has initiated this electronic portal, through which it can also provide its online services. In Online Order Submission, the customers are able to forward their requests in order to get quotations.
5- Customer Comment Process:
Our commercial department is responsible to deal with any possible comment of the customers. In case after the product is sold, any deficiency or whatever unsatisfactory is found in the quality of the products, the customer may submit his complaint to our Customer Service Department, who will immediately remove the problem.
