Admixture for High Performance

Description:

Fabshot-HPS is an admixture-based substance, with a long-term and short-term strength and it is a shotcrete water-repelling agent. It also reduces the risks resulting from fast temperature changes and decreases the time required for concrete protection. The increase of hydratation temperature and reduction of the risk of freezing of the shotcrete are among other properties of this substance.

Dosage:

Based on concrete content, the type of cement used, the required setting time and the temperature of the site, it is recommended to use 0.2% to 2% of the weight of the cement used. In order to obtain the exact quantity, please use directions of FABIR's technical experts, so that the best results are obtained. In the dry method, cement, stony materials and shotcrete powder are mixed together and driven to spraying hose through compressed air and water is added to the mixture at the hose output.

Packaging:

The product is available in 10kg and 25kg bags or any other packaging you desire.

Preservation:

The product can be preserved for one year if kept in dry and closed places and in original packages away from air and direct and long sunlight and freezing weather.

Safety Points:

Fabshot-HPS is strongly an alkali material and any contact with skin and specially with eyes is harmful. Breathing the powder of this material does have a negative impact on the body. It is seriously dangerous to east and swallow the material, so please use suitable mask, glasses and gloves when working with this substance.
