Description:

Fabantifz-RE-350 reinforced concrete antifreeze is the most economically optimized admixture among the FABIR’s products that can be used in the temperature range between 0 to -8 °C with the lowest cost.
Although Fabantifz-RE-350 was also used up to -10 °C, other FABIR products, including concrete antifreeze gels, are recommended to be used, because there are unpredictable environmental conditions for the temperature – 8 to -15°C.
Fabantifz-antifreeze is a chloride-free and nitrogen-based admixture. As evidenced by the scientific sources, nitrogen and nitrogen-calcium compounds are considered as materials that could prevent corrosion, in contrast to chloride-based materials, whose use in reinforced concrete is not allowed by the scientific references and standards.

Applications:

• Different types of reinforced structures when the concrete is being poured in a cold weather with ambient cold up to -10 °C.

Advantages:

Since Fabantifz-NREP antifreeze is based on purified chloride and the purified and basic type of this antifreeze is the best for non-reinforced concrete, the use of Fabantifz-NREP which is based on scientific grounds as stated above, has a long history and record.
The abrasion strength of the precast concrete containing Fabantifz-NRE will be greatly increased compared with that of the basic concrete.

Note:

Despite the contribution that Fabantifz-RE-350 chloride-free antifreeze and all other antifreezes make to placing concrete in cold regions, the observance of the requirements of placing concrete in cold weather and compliance with bylaws provisions must not be disregarded.
Please note that the use of antifreeze is only a complementary action and you should not ignore other provisions for placing concrete like curing and other justified factors for placing concrete in cold regions. Advantages :

Fabantifz-RE-350 chloride-free antifreeze has been produced with the best scientific-industrial materials developed for reinforced concrete; and if it is used with a high concentration at the lowest quantity, you will get close to your desirable result and side effects. Although no chloride has been used in formulation of this antifreeze, concentrations of effective materials in the formulation of the substance are designed in a way that it is not frozen in dealing with conditions of storage not less than -10 °C and does not lose its ability to consume.

Packaging :

Fabantifz-RE-350 antifreeze is available in gallons with gross weight of 20 kg and is ready to deliver. It could be delivered in bulk or any other packaging arrangement as requested by the customer.

Directions of Usage:

Add to the concrete 1% to 5% of the cement used in the production. You can also add this substance to truck mixer before concrete is used. In this case, you must have reduced the volume of antifreeze in the water used in the batching so that water to cement ratio in the mixture is not changed. The volume of Fabantifz-RE-350 admixture used is highly dependent on temperature and content of the cement used, but as a first guidance guide to start the relevant tests, you can use the following table
