How to Mix: |
Mix 25 Kg. of Fabproof-CT with 8 to 8.9 liter of water. Continue the mixing until a homogenous mixture is obtained.
Note 1: To start mixing, add powder to water and use electric drill (drill with blades).
Note 2: Always make sure to mix powder with water 30 minutes before use.

How to Apply: |
Concrete surfaces must be clean and free from any sort of loose particles, dust, pigment, primers or other coatings before application. In case used oil is applied for formwork or if the concrete is smooth, the surface of concrete must be cleaned and textured with electric wire brush or water blaster.
Use sweet water to moisturize all surfaces on which penetrating materials are to be applied.
Apply Fabproof-CT with a brush having thick bristles. Make sure all holes and voids on the surface are fully filled with the mixture. After the first layer is half-moisturized, you can apply the second layer and after the second layer is also half-moisturized, spray water on all surfaces and keep them moisturized for 48 hours (this helps better and more penetration).

Sealing of cracks, cold voids and honeycombing sections |
| In order to seal off the voids created by executive operations and cold weather and the cracks bigger than 0.25 mm., first open the gaps to form a V shape until the dimensions are 25mm width and 35-50mm depth. Then mix 1 kg. of FabproofCT with 400 gr. of quartz powder and a small amount of water and apply the said epoxy paste in the voids or honeycombing sections.
It is necessary to keep the sections repaired with the epoxy paste moisturized for 24 hours.
